Our dog chews on everything, my favorite shoes, the
furniture, even the baseboards. What can we do to stop him?

Dear Thoroughly Chomped,
A dog’s
natural inclination is to chew, so stopping him from chewing would be an
impossible task. However, to prevent problem chewing you can guide him
towards chewing appropriate objects. Offer your dog a wide variety of items
to chew and rotate them regularly. My favorite is Dogzilla Chew Toys.
